Overview :
We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Sales professional to develop and execute marketing campaigns, drive sales strategies, and build client relationships to join our team. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and achieve revenue goals.

Working days are Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities :

• Client Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• SalesStrategies- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• MarketResearch- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and
  competitive positioning to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Marketing Campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•  Luxury Real Estate knowledge & background.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of creativity and a
  results-oriented mindset.
• High Level of Discretion and Confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and manage
  various projects simultaneously.
