Overview :
A Lead Designer with seven years of experience in the design industry plays a critical role in overseeing and creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential and commercial projects, while also managing design execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities :

• Drafting & Sketching: Lead the creation of detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and layouts for both residential and commercial projects.
• Layout Planning: Plan and design space layouts, ensuring optimal use of space, adherence to design aesthetics, and functionality.
•  Elevation Drawings: Prepare and oversee elevation drawings to illustrate the exterior and interior appearances of buildings, including details like walls, doors, windows, and finishes.
• Quality Control: Review, revise, and approve drawings, ensuring that all designs are accurate and meet technical standards.
• Material and Finish Selections: Lead in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring alignment with design concepts and project budgets.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•  Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software with a strong understanding of architectural drawings, elevations, floor plans, and layouts.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD design, with a portfolio showcasing both residential and commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Strong problem-solving ability to overcome design and construction challenges
