Overview :
An AutoCAD designer with three years of experience in the design industry plays a key role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities :

• Drafting & Sketching- Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and layouts for both residential and commercial projects.
• Layout Planning : Plan and design space layouts, ensuring optimal use of space and adherence to design aesthetics and functionality.
• Elevation Drawings- Prepare elevation drawings to illustrate the exterior and interior appearances of buildings, including details like walls, doors, windows, and finishes.
• Quality Control- Review and revise drawings as necessary, ensuring that all designs are accurate and meet technical standards.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software & a strong understanding of architectural drawings, elevations, floor plans, and layouts.
• At least  3 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD design, with a portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to work with team members, clients, and project managers.
• Problem-solving ability to overcome design challenges.
